Under the motto „Experiencing Work Together“ German HCI conference „Mensch und Computer 2015“ was held in Stuttgart, Germany from September 6th to 9th. This year, we could place two articles. Corinna Ogonowski presented a current state about transferring the Living Lab research concept to more user-centered services for small and medium enterprises (SME) at the workshop “usability in enterprises”. Within our long paper we examined different practices of involving users in development processes in SMEs. We identified specific roles, channels and tools when dealing with user feedback. Based on that, we analyzed challenges which SMEs currently have to deal with. This research was done in collaboration with our sister project CUBES and received the honorable mention paper award.
